Pathshala ERP ("Service") use करके आप इन Terms of Service ("Terms") से agree करते हैं। कृपया इन्हें ध्यान से पढ़ें।
1. Service Description
Pathshala ERP एक cloud-based school management software है जो fee management, attendance tracking, exam management, report cards, staff payroll, parent communication, और अन्य school administration features provide करता है।
2. Eligibility
- Service केवल recognized educational institutions (schools, colleges, coaching centers) के लिए है
- Registration करने वाले व्यक्ति को school administration/management का authorized representative होना चाहिए
- उनकी उम्र कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए
3. Account & Registration
- Registration के दौरान दी गई सभी information सही और up-to-date होनी चाहिए
- Account credentials (username/password) की security आपकी responsibility है
- Unauthorized access या security breach की स्थिति में तुरंत हमें notify करें
- एक school = एक account। Multiple accounts बनाना prohibited है
4. Subscription & Pricing
A. Pricing
- Standard Plan: ₹12,000/year (inclusive of all taxes)
- Price unlimited students और सभी modules cover करती है
- Free setup और training included है
- Prices annual basis पर revise हो सकती हैं — existing subscribers को 30 दिन advance notice दिया जाएगा
B. Payment
- Subscription annual advance payment पर based है
- Payment methods: UPI, Net Banking, Card, Bank Transfer
- Invoice/receipt subscription activation पर email/WhatsApp पर भेजी जाती है
C. Free Trial
- 15-day free trial available है — no credit card required
- Trial period के बाद service access restricted हो जाएगी until payment
- Trial में enter किया गया data paid subscription पर retain रहता है
5. Refund Policy
- 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Subscription activation के 15 दिनों के भीतर full refund — कोई सवाल नहीं
- 15 दिनों के बाद refund applicable नहीं है
- Refund request support@pathshalaerp.in पर भेजें
- Refund 7-10 business days में original payment method पर process होता है
6. Data Ownership
- आपका data आपका है। School द्वारा enter किया गया सभी data (student records, fees, attendance, etc.) school की property है
- Pathshala ERP data पर कोई ownership claim नहीं करता
- Subscription end होने पर data export (CSV/Excel) available है

7. Acceptable Use
आप agree करते हैं कि आप Service का use:
- केवल legitimate school administration purposes के लिए करेंगे
- किसी illegal activity या unauthorized purpose के लिए नहीं करेंगे
- दूसरे schools/users के data access करने की कोशिश नहीं करेंगे
- Service को hack, reverse-engineer, या disrupt करने की कोशिश नहीं करेंगे
- Spam या harmful content distribute नहीं करेंगे
8. Service Availability
- हम 99.9% uptime guarantee provide करते हैं
- Scheduled maintenance windows advance notice के साथ communicate किए जाएंगे
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, government orders) के कारण downtime के लिए हम liable नहीं हैं
9. Limitation of Liability
Pathshala ERP maximum ₹12,000 (annual subscription amount) तक liable है किसी भी direct damages के लिए। Indirect, incidental, या consequential damages के लिए हम liable नहीं हैं। यह किसी भी claim पर applicable है, चाहे contract, tort, या अन्य legal theory के under हो।
10. Termination
- By You: कभी भी subscription cancel कर सकते हैं। Remaining period का refund section 5 के अनुसार
- By Us: Terms violation पर हम account suspend/terminate कर सकते हैं — 7 दिन prior notice के साथ (severe violations जैसे fraud/hacking के case में immediate termination)
- Termination पर 90 दिनों तक data export available रहेगा
11. Changes to Terms
हम Terms update कर सकते हैं। Material changes registered users को 30 दिन advance notice (email/WhatsApp) के साथ communicate किए जाएंगे। Continued use = acceptance of updated terms।
12. Governing Law
ये Terms भारत के कानूनों (Indian Contract Act, IT Act 2000, और Consumer Protection Act 2019) से govern होती हैं। किसी भी विवाद का jurisdiction Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India की courts होंगी।
