1. हम कौन सी Information Collect करते हैं
A. School Registration के दौरान
- School का नाम, board, address, और city
- Contact person का नाम, phone number, और email
- Student count (approximate)
B. Platform Use के दौरान
- Student records (name, class, section, roll number, DOB, parent details)
- Attendance records
- Fee payments और receipts
- Exam marks और report cards
- Staff information (name, designation, salary details)
C. Automatically Collected Data
- IP address, browser type, device information
- Usage patterns (pages visited, features used)

2. हम Information का Use कैसे करते हैं
- School management services provide करने के लिए
- Fee collection, attendance tracking, और exam management
- SMS/WhatsApp notifications भेजने के लिए (attendance alerts, fee reminders)

3. Data Security
हम आपके data की security के लिए industry-standard measures use करते हैं:

- Schema Isolation — हर school का data अलग database schema में store होता है; एक school दूसरे school का data access नहीं कर सकता

4. Data Sharing
हम आपका personal data किसी third-party को sell या rent नहीं करते। Data share होता है केवल:
- SMS/WhatsApp gateway providers के साथ (notifications भेजने के लिए) — ये providers contractually bound हैं
- Payment gateway (UPI/card processing) — केवल transaction completion के लिए
- Law enforcement — केवल valid legal order पर
5. Data Retention
- Active subscription के दौरान सभी data store रहता है
- Subscription cancel करने के बाद data 90 दिनों तक retain होता है (re-activation के लिए)
- 90 दिनों बाद data permanently delete हो जाता है
- School request पर data export (CSV/Excel) available है
6. Cookies
हम essential cookies use करते हैं session management और authentication के लिए। Analytics cookies (optional) website performance track करने के लिए use होती हैं। आप browser settings से cookies disable कर सकते हैं, लेकिन इससे कुछ features काम नहीं करेंगे।

Pathshala ERP students' data schools की authorization से store करता है। हम directly children से data collect नहीं करते। Schools responsible हैं parents/guardians से appropriate consent लेने के लिए।

9. Changes to This Policy
